Dear TruGreen
No local phone number. No local reps that will reach out to attempt to help you. Have called the “customer service” number 4+ times, and go thru a series of menus and finally connect to Illinois. They say they have no way of connecting me to a local rep and have no access to a local phone number for me to have.
I emailed “customer service” twice, and got no response……a bounce back email says “because of covid there are fewer “staff” in the office to answer emails”.
Grass, ground cover and a Large Japanese Maple tree were killed, I have been trying to contact anyone for 4+ weeks. When I do finally get to speak with a human, they “promise” that I will have a phone call from a LOCAL REP as soon as possible. (the human I spoke with this afternoon, promised that a LOCAL REP would phone me in just a few minutes after we hang up….its been 2 hours)
If you don’t mind being ignored and having no way to contact the provider when there is a problem or if you have a question, then you may enjoy paying for a service that ruins your landscape.
Lack of service

Used natural lawn service for a number of years. Recently called about an issue with my lawn and was told they were too busy to swing by and take a look as they were doing over seeding and arrogating. It’s too bad as they have no lost my business and my daughters who just purchased a home. Once the recent rains came the issue was mostly resolved on their own , but how can a really rely on them in the future to handle any issue.

my lawn has NEVER looked this bad. Weeds in the yard. They don’t even get out of the truck sometimes. I watch the guy sit there and then come to my door and leave a flyer. Scam….. IT is terrible.
