“didn't get the job done, complete waste of money, I'd rather just buy my own solutions on Amazon”

“We used the service in 2022 and paid the whole annual fee in one single payment. Not completely happy with the results, we decided not to use the service in 2023. They sent us an e-mail on Jan 29th 2023, stating they would come to do the services on Jan 30th (following day). We did not see this e-mail on January 29th. The applicator came in the following day, did not ring the bell, trespassed into our property and did the application. When we finally saw the e-mail, we called them on February 6th and stated that we did not contracted the services for 2023. Now they want to charge us $84.57 for this first application of 2023. We called them on February 6th, and a second time on April 26th to state that we did not want the services, that we did not sign any auto-renewal clause, and that we were not informed properly and with enough prior time warning that the applicator would be coming. We would have called immediately if we had seen the e-mail on January 29th (Sunday by the way). We also stated that we would not pay this amount and asked them politely to write it off. They keep sending us bills and sent us to a collection agency. Unbelievable. I am considering going to the police and reporting the illegal trespassing of our property performed on January 30th by the applicator.”

“I just cancelled my service. First off, I requested a call back which is supposed to not incur a charge and I was charged. Second, I get a VM stating that my service has been suspended for an over 60 day past due account. My account was never 60 days or 30 days past due. The VM also stated how many times "they" attempted to contact me including USPS and email. I never heard from anyone. The service does not control the weeds in my yard. Obviously this is not a well managed operation. Last week I called, once again, for a follow up visit. A senior tech was supposed to call letting me know they were on their way-did not. When tech did arrived my granddaughter answered the door for me to let tech know I would be right out. When I went to back yard to open the gate, the truck was pulling away from my house. Never returned or called. This is not good customer service.”

DONT TRUST they will just charge your CC and do whatever service to make the most money without your approval

Have been using them for a couple years now. As of lately they don’t leave a breakdown of cost of service & just charge card. This past visit they were ONLY supposed to do a tick service and did and charged us for the entire front of our property almost $600 bucks not approved (we discussed TICK service ONLY) now they are ignoring our calls and will not refund us for the service we did NOT ask for as well as again charging our CC without service price breakdown. I specifically spoke to them week prior about where they would be spraying they take advantage of customers and their money and just automatically decide what THEY want to do and charge my CC without authorization and bill. VERY expensive service and unprofessional employees

My yard didn’t look good til I changed companies!

I used Trugreen for about 4 years – aerating/seeding in fall and approx 6 fertilizer/ weed control services per year- all costing about $900 per year. My yard NEVER looked good. Never. Looked as if nothing was being done to help it. Then I read where many Trugreen svc reps simply post the sign in your yard to make it look as if they had treated your yard that day when they had actually done nothing. But admittedly I never saw any reps – and I’m home ALL DAY EVERYDAY because I’m retired. Well, I finally changed companies this past fall 2022 because I decided that the Trugreen people weren’t actually doing my yard. Within 3 months of changing to “All Turf” my grass fescue lawn finally looks lush & green like it’s supposed to!!!!!! And to think I had to tolerate the crappy looking yard I had for the past 4 years!!! It’s now a good 6 months since changing companies and my yard looks excellent- thick and green! My advice: Change companies!!! All Turf lawn care does Cartersville, Bartow county, etc……. I wish I’d fired Trugreen years ago- they are a ripoff.
