“I cannot express how much I regret hiring Turf Masters. I decided I would like my yard to look a little better and saw some decent reviews so I made the quick decision to 'give them a try'. They came to my house and sprayed herbicides and fertilizers all over my yard without notifying me. No email, no call, no text, nothing. They left a small sign in my front yard and a flyer on my door handle, but did not bother to knock on my door or ring my doorbell. Since we did not know that they had sprayed toxic chemicals in our yard, we took our toddler and baby into our backyard mere minutes after they sprayed. My family was exposed to toxic chemicals for hours (it was a beautiful day and we were enjoying our yard, so we thought!). I have been horrified by the information I have learned about the health risks of the chemicals this company uses. I contacted them and they clearly DO NOT CARE about my family's health. They did apologize the the "inconvenience" and told me we would "probably be ok". But their main concern was scheduling another treatment. I am in anguish over my decision to hire this negligent company and the potential consequences my children face. Now that I have actually done research, I have learned of the growing body of research indicating that the compounds this company uses pose extreme health risks to children. PLEASE do your research on the health risks of lawn treatment before you hire any company. And if you do decide to hire a company, I strongly encourage you to avoid Turf Masters. They will send uncaring, unprofessional "technicians" to haphazardly spray your yard at random times with no notice. Their business model seems to be to hire cheap and make a quick buck. They do not care about you yard or your family.”

DONT TRUST they will just charge your CC and do whatever service to make the most money without your approval

Have been using them for a couple years now. As of lately they don’t leave a breakdown of cost of service & just charge card. This past visit they were ONLY supposed to do a tick service and did and charged us for the entire front of our property almost $600 bucks not approved (we discussed TICK service ONLY) now they are ignoring our calls and will not refund us for the service we did NOT ask for as well as again charging our CC without service price breakdown. I specifically spoke to them week prior about where they would be spraying they take advantage of customers and their money and just automatically decide what THEY want to do and charge my CC without authorization and bill. VERY expensive service and unprofessional employees

My yard didn’t look good til I changed companies!

I used Trugreen for about 4 years – aerating/seeding in fall and approx 6 fertilizer/ weed control services per year- all costing about $900 per year. My yard NEVER looked good. Never. Looked as if nothing was being done to help it. Then I read where many Trugreen svc reps simply post the sign in your yard to make it look as if they had treated your yard that day when they had actually done nothing. But admittedly I never saw any reps – and I’m home ALL DAY EVERYDAY because I’m retired. Well, I finally changed companies this past fall 2022 because I decided that the Trugreen people weren’t actually doing my yard. Within 3 months of changing to “All Turf” my grass fescue lawn finally looks lush & green like it’s supposed to!!!!!! And to think I had to tolerate the crappy looking yard I had for the past 4 years!!! It’s now a good 6 months since changing companies and my yard looks excellent- thick and green! My advice: Change companies!!! All Turf lawn care does Cartersville, Bartow county, etc……. I wish I’d fired Trugreen years ago- they are a ripoff.
