“Where do I begin? If I could give negative star rating, I would. In a nutshell, Turf Masters ruined our lawn. This house was built in 2004. The grass was healthy, green, and beautiful for 17 years, till we began using Turf Masters. In a year's time, 75% of our lawn died. When we brought the state of our lawn to their attention, they sent out an agronomist to evaluate. That person fed us a line of non-sense about tree roots and the last winter frost and a whole lot of other non-sense. We only went with Turf Masters because the company we used for years shuttered due to the owner's retirement. The entire time with the previous company, our lawn was well-maintained. Enter Turf Masters. Even after 75% of the lawn died, they continued to come out to aerate, fertilize, etc. We asked them what they were maintaining because there's only dirt. How can the destruction of our lawn be due to the winter frost or tree roots when this house has been here for 20 years (since early 2004). Turf Master is terrible. I wish we could sue them for damages, if we could prove it. It is likely they over-fertilized our lawn.”

“Would leave a zero if I could. I have video proof of tech emptying his back pack into the tank on back of truck prior to doing my service call for thriving weeds in my Fescue. What was he going to use to treat the weeds..air? Nope, he removed covers off my outside spigots and put PLAIN water in his back pack. Tech had noted weeds not treated due to lawn aerated and Fescue seed spread. Nope, didn't have that done, that's why I called them back out to treat weeds and service call for 12/18/23. Mgr tried to stand up for his tech, I sent him video, and fired them. Used to work for lawn care company for six years....can't try to make me believe what they spin. My water was used to fill his backpack...my covers were removed off outside spigots, NO CHEMICALS WERE USED! NOT ONE WEED HAS DIED. If you are just spraying water on weeds, of course they won't die. Will do treatments by myself, I won't trust them on my lawn ever again.”

“Started out ok, weeds in the yard over the Summer were worse than we have ever had in 4 years at our home. I would call and they would “tell the manager” Nothing was ever done. Here lately I would have to call them to actually get service. If I would call, they would come otherwise it was up to me!! I waited 12 weeks this time and they never came. I called turf masters and they said sometimes they forget to service areas according to their maps!?! This is the worst weed service we have ever had. I canceled and have a new company coming this week.”
