“They aerated and seeded my lawn after a week of rain and destroyed my lawn. Some grass remains but about 1/4 of the lawn is now.just mud.j. when I complained they sent someone with a.can of grass-seed that didn't take. They repeatedly failed to treat crabgrass and yellow Nut Sedge which inevitably treated myself. I've instructed them to lower the Nitrogen in their fertilizer treatments. As.per the AKC excessive Nitrogen leads to burns from dog urination. They again failed to follow instructions. The local office does not return calls and the only recourse is to call their 800#. It works for changing schedules but not for resolving issues. I have canceled them and would recommend staying clear of.their service. Poorly trained staff, poor communication, unresponsive to complaints. It's going to cost over $1000 to repair the damage they've done”

“Avoid at all costs. I could write a novel about how many times Trugreen wronged me, but I'll try to keep it short. Trugreen's employees - all the way from their sales reps to their technicians to their customer service - lied to me time and time again about the type of services they would be providing me. You need to realize that any time you speak to a Trugreen employee, their only goal is to get you to shut up and end the call as soon as possible. They do not care. The company is too large and bureaucratic to worry about any one customer's issues. Since it's impossible to get a hold of the local branch (the number just gets forwarded to a call center), there is absolutely no way to get in contact directly with the people who service your home. I was promised countless times by reps in other states that my local branch would contact me. They never did. Again, they don't care. They will tell you ANYTHING to get you to sign up and pay them. Once you've paid them, they will tell you ANYTHING to get you to leave them alone. Oh, and their technicians will steal from your property. This is why people stick with local businesses. Lesson learned on my end.”

DONT TRUST they will just charge your CC and do whatever service to make the most money without your approval

Have been using them for a couple years now. As of lately they don’t leave a breakdown of cost of service & just charge card. This past visit they were ONLY supposed to do a tick service and did and charged us for the entire front of our property almost $600 bucks not approved (we discussed TICK service ONLY) now they are ignoring our calls and will not refund us for the service we did NOT ask for as well as again charging our CC without service price breakdown. I specifically spoke to them week prior about where they would be spraying they take advantage of customers and their money and just automatically decide what THEY want to do and charge my CC without authorization and bill. VERY expensive service and unprofessional employees

My yard didn’t look good til I changed companies!

I used Trugreen for about 4 years – aerating/seeding in fall and approx 6 fertilizer/ weed control services per year- all costing about $900 per year. My yard NEVER looked good. Never. Looked as if nothing was being done to help it. Then I read where many Trugreen svc reps simply post the sign in your yard to make it look as if they had treated your yard that day when they had actually done nothing. But admittedly I never saw any reps – and I’m home ALL DAY EVERYDAY because I’m retired. Well, I finally changed companies this past fall 2022 because I decided that the Trugreen people weren’t actually doing my yard. Within 3 months of changing to “All Turf” my grass fescue lawn finally looks lush & green like it’s supposed to!!!!!! And to think I had to tolerate the crappy looking yard I had for the past 4 years!!! It’s now a good 6 months since changing companies and my yard looks excellent- thick and green! My advice: Change companies!!! All Turf lawn care does Cartersville, Bartow county, etc……. I wish I’d fired Trugreen years ago- they are a ripoff.
