“The team reached out to me immediately after my previous comment on March 16th and promised result. They are professional and they were right! It’s only been one week, 7 days; our lawn is already looking much better. I am coming back to update my review as promised; I appreciate Clay calling me and told me I need to give it more time for it to work. I am updating the photos as well. (Review from March 16th: I am reaching out to express my dissatisfaction with the lawn care service we have received from your company. Despite signing up early with a very nice and professional salesperson, having the lawn crew visiting our property in early February and again last week, we've observed an unusual increase in weed growth in both our front and backyard. This issue has compelled my wife and me to spend over 20 minutes pulling weeds, a situation we have not encountered with previous service company. The current state of our lawn, especially with your company's sign prominently displayed on our front porch, does not reflect well on the quality of services promised and delivered. Should these issues be satisfactorily resolved, I would be more than happy to revise my feedback based on the improved service and results. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a resolution to the ongoing issues with our lawn care service)”

“Serviced with them for a year. To say the least I cancelled them and will be doing it myself. Not once did top turf call me explaining what they did, what I needed. I’d get a sign stuck on my lawn that I’d have to throw out and then an email saying they did the service. In the email it’d say what weed I had etc. yet weeds have grown double and my grass is literally dead. Thank you for nothing and wasting my $$$ The guy next door has an amazing lawn and states he does it himself. And now I’m learning abt it & it’s so simple- don’t even need a service to spray every month. Will never trust such reviews or companies again. *** I picked all the front weeds. Now will be throwing down some food & weed killer from Home Depot.”

“I started my lawn care journey this week with Top Turf. I spoke to several different lawn care companies. I decided to go with Top Turf after talking to their Manager Clay, looking at online reviews, and seeing a couple Top Turf yards in my neighborhood. I bought my house last fall and the lawn looked but had a fair amount of weeds. I realized that the weed problem was more than I can handle so I wanted a professional to help me. This week I got my first treatment. Jacob Cook was the grass technician that came out. Jacob was very professional and did a great job of telling me what to expect and what I needed to do. Later the same morning, Eric Nails came out to do a fire ant treatment on my house. Eric was very personable. Eric explained what he was doing and let me know what results to expect. I was very impressed with both Jacob and Eric. I look forward to seeing how my lawn progresses over the next few months.”
