“I have went back and forth on posting this review. I was a Top Turf customer and got my neighbor to sign up. I decided to go with another company due to a friend starting a company. I’m not really happy with my results so I was going to go back to Top Turf. A couple weeks ago Top Turf pulled up to my neighbors house however blocked half of the end of my driveway with their truck as my wife needed to leave. I actually was outside so I said “excuse me can you pull up a little so my wife can get out.” The driver looked at me, walked to the back of his truck, looked at the truck, then grabbed the hose to start servicing the yard. Due to not willing to get into an argument with someone over something so inconsiderate I had my wife wait to make her appointment which she was 5 minutes late for. If you are the owner of this company this is an awful example for you and your company I feel you probably want your business to be a respected one but your employee definitely lost a customer who was willing to come back.”

“And here we are again its my fault though for trusting them. Bottom line dont let them get you back with a low quote. I guess they dont know homes have cameras. Tech never did the back and side of my home as the cameras say otherwise. HORRIBLE, and this is not the first time. I decided to give them another chance but now I'm done. Hired them to aerate and from the looks of it they spent every bit of two seconds doing the job. When I called to voice my concern Yolanda proceeds to tell me maybe the ground was too hard. Not only did it rain the previous day but I also ran the irrigation for 50 minutes. I have an area the grass has died, I'm convinced from them spilling their chemicals in the past and I took pictures that show ZERO passes with Aerator. I have it clearly marked for a sprinkler head. DON'T waste your time and money. Supposedly they will be back on Friday to fix it. Once it is I will be discontinuing my service with them. Not to mention I was told they don't do clean up. So the dirt/plugs on side walk are for you to clean up. If I'm paying for someone to aerate, then Im not expecting to clean up. I'm paying for a service to make my property beautiful not to create more work for me to do. Only getting one star because i could not post without at least one.”
