My yard didn’t look good til I changed companies!

I used Trugreen for about 4 years – aerating/seeding in fall and approx 6 fertilizer/ weed control services per year- all costing about $900 per year. My yard NEVER looked good. Never. Looked as if nothing was being done to help it. Then I read where many Trugreen svc reps simply post the sign in your yard to make it look as if they had treated your yard that day when they had actually done nothing. But admittedly I never saw any reps – and I’m home ALL DAY EVERYDAY because I’m retired. Well, I finally changed companies this past fall 2022 because I decided that the Trugreen people weren’t actually doing my yard. Within 3 months of changing to “All Turf” my grass fescue lawn finally looks lush & green like it’s supposed to!!!!!! And to think I had to tolerate the crappy looking yard I had for the past 4 years!!! It’s now a good 6 months since changing companies and my yard looks excellent- thick and green! My advice: Change companies!!! All Turf lawn care does Cartersville, Bartow county, etc……. I wish I’d fired Trugreen years ago- they are a ripoff.

October 2022…..

Dear TruGreen

No local phone number. No local reps that will reach out to attempt to help you. Have called the “customer service” number 4+ times, and go thru a series of menus and finally connect to Illinois. They say they have no way of connecting me to a local rep and have no access to a local phone number for me to have.

I emailed “customer service” twice, and got no response……a bounce back email says “because of covid there are fewer “staff” in the office to answer emails”.

Grass, ground cover and a Large Japanese Maple tree were killed, I have been trying to contact anyone for 4+ weeks. When I do finally get to speak with a human, they “promise” that I will have a phone call from a LOCAL REP as soon as possible. (the human I spoke with this afternoon, promised that a LOCAL REP would phone me in just a few minutes after we hang up….its been 2 hours)

If you don’t mind being ignored and having no way to contact the provider when there is a problem or if you have a question, then you may enjoy paying for a service that ruins your landscape.
