“mowing and edging Beware!! These guys bought out the guy's company I had used for years without any problem.I received a bill for weed control the end of April, a month after they performed the service. I paid no problem and waited for them to start mowing, When it clearly needed mowing I called them and was told they no longer serviced my area and I should have received a notice. I didn't. I told them I never received a notice and my grass really needed mowing and she told me she would have a manager call me. (I was at work) Later the same day Ryan called me and told me he had driven by to see my lawn and he could mow it in about a week, for almost twice the price as last year, from $25 to $45.I said I couldn't wait that long and wasn't paying that price and I'd find someone else. He didn't seem to care. I was put off by how they handled my situation but really lost it when I got home that day and there was a "nuisance abatement pending" sign in my yard.It's not like I live in the sticks, I live in the Village in the heart of okc and just south of Edmond.Why would they discontinue service there and why did Ryan not care about that sign in my yard? I called the next day and told the girl I was very disappointed in how they were running their business and I would be leaving a review of my experience. She assured me they would make it right and someone would definitely call me. They never did so here's the review of my experience. Now for the good news. I found Mow Managers LLC. They were there in 2 days (and ever since) and I pay $35 every two weeks instead of $25 or $45 every week which is the only thing GGuys offered. Plus their work is excellent, better than GGuys in my opinion. They mow, edge and blow the grass which I don't think GG does. They send you a service schedule that you can change with a phone call and they bill your credit card so it's no hassle. I'm very satisfied with them. You might want to look into them before GGuys decide to stop servicing your area too.”

“I called them today to cancel the two contracts for planting and monthly cleanup after he would not return a call I made again on Friday of last week. I told him I wanted the contracts torn up and credit card info destroyed. I also mentioned I could not recommend him to our subdivision of 106 homes and wanted no further contact with them. They are not good at keeping their word nor very good on the communication aspect.”
